Fish Processing
At Ukee Seafood and Fish Pak we Provide custom portioning, filleting, steaking, loining, labeling, vacuum sealing and freezing of your catch.
Our fish processing rates include the following services: portioning to our standard cut sizes of 1.5-2 lbs, vacuum sealing in a 5 ml bag, labelling and freezing to -26 degrees. Our rates are charged based on your intake weight.

Styrofoam coolers & flight packs are available for ground or air transport. We provide domestic and international shipping through a third party shipping company.

For air travel purposes we offer Styrofoam coolers covered in a cardboard wax this is referred to as a "flight pack" and allows you to check it as checked luggage with any major airline

Your catch is frozen to -26 degrees Celsius. Once packed in the flight packs it will remain frozen (if cooler is unopened) for 36 hrs.
Please be aware that baggage allowances differ between airlines.

Picks ups happening between our regular business hrs of 11:00pm - 6:00pm are at no cost.

Ukee Seafood offers Rhys Davis and Grays Harbor bait by the case: herring, anchovy, octopus and squid.
